How Do I Pay You?
I accept payment through Paypal.
When is Payment Due?
Credit card payments can be processed on site by "PayPal Here" or online via emailed PayPal invoice, prior to or immediately following the appointment. Payment must be received prior to delivery of images.

Do You Require a Contract?
Once appointment is booked, client is bound to Terms of Service.
Can I Reschedule My Appointment?
Of course! Please note that less than 24 hour notice will result in a $25 fee.
How Long Will the Photoshoot Take?
I require a minimum shoot time of 45 minutes, depending on the total square footage of the property.
Will You Clean the Home As Needed?
I do not touch any personal items of the homeowner’s. To best prepare the home, view my checklist.
When Will I Receive the Images?
I work within a 24 hour turnaround from the moment payment is received. Please note, edited images will not be released until payment has been submitted.
